One interesting thing in life that , it gives opportunities no matter who you are , how much wanted and unwanted they are , how much desperate you may be it comes and we need to grab these chances . Wonder about all old resolutions have been well completed within this year . It's time to make resolutions to full fill with more dedication and enthusiasm . Being better than last is the only motto of making all resolutions in a brand new year . Here are resolution that are good to add to your list :-
1. Be fit just fit :-
There is no surprise at some point of time when ailing we are worried . Fit is vital and fat is fatal . Getting right shape feels so good to body as well as mind . Love being you and welcome a better you . No way you can hate what you have got fat or fit . Choose to be better . Get a member in gym , eat healthy and be happy .
2. Do not let people to sit on you :- Create bridges but at the same time do not let others dictate you or control you . Be close to people but not any cost of ill people in life who sit on you and control you and even your life .
3. Get up with the sun :- We most of the time junk our time snoozing our sleep for ten , fifteen minutes and so on squandering a major part of the day`s time . Early morning rising with the sun connects the mesmerising nature and practice spirituality . Try rising with the sun .
4. Solitude time :- How often you sit quiet in this hustle bustle life style. No wonder we are busy with our needs the importance of solitude time that recharges your mind .
5. Be yourself :- Honestly you are best with your own version . My first advice to anyone is to be yourself no matter whatever . Fat or fit you are you , dark or white you are you . Just you forget all and everything and be you .
6. Write down your goals :- It is believed that you can achieve more when you write down your goals . Write down and stick them in the places you visit more often so as to get that goal in your mind always . Writing your goals makes it happen and you are much aware of your goal to complete it .
7. Celebrate twice :- You have your birthday or a day to celebrate than be with your loved ones as well as celebrate with homeless , old ages , kids nearby . There are still people who do not get a single day to celebrate , be with them make some time from your hustle bustle day . Take some moments and see the difference their smile brings to your celebration.
8. Pause your phone's use :- The first thing most of us do early in the morning soon waking up is to check our phone , not necessarily to say the reason of it. We are so much addicted to phone that no way we are willing to get away from phone , not even for a moment . Make a habit of getting rid of phone while having your food , leaving phone away an hour or half before you sleep . Phone meddle with so much distraction in your daily routine .
9. Practice kindness :- As the saying ' kindness is the language a deaf can hear '
it is true that kindness is the way to show . The next time you visit to a restaurant give the extra tip , donate cloths that don't fit you and so on . You will be rejoicing the day with much love and satisfaction . Remember there are so many ways you can be kind just you need to be worth enough . Be worthy of kindness and share precious kind with others .
10. Find a new friend as a book :- You will be amused to find such a beautiful freind a book can be , infact a true friend . Every time you visit to nearby library talk someone who is a voracious reader and know what a book does to your life. Read more and know more .
Beyond the resolution on eve of new year we are in need of so much of strength to overcome all the obstacles in our life , to uphold the success bought with hard work . Let all strength come within you and the power to achieve your dreams, passion and ambition.
