No secret every one of us wants to live a happy life but interestingly we always ask for recipe or recipes that helps us to live happily. The funny thing is we have all got those simple ingredients ready with us but missing the trick of making a lovely one. Life is never as complicated as we the people make it, in fact taking care of simple things, changing certain habits, adding few more to daily life and importantly believing them to work gives a promising, lively life. Here are few tips to simplify your life and live happily:-

1. Start your day positive:- All positive thoughts bounces back to you and helps in creating an environment to yield fruitful results. Positive thoughts are perhaps a gateway to all affirmative responses in life. Always speak to yourself a positive start is way to go and never harmful to live happily. Make sure you do not bow to negativities. Few things one can try like silence ( we all need it any how), journaling, reading, yoga etc that certainly helps to build up your day.

2. Plan to be productive:- What kills more time is bogus stuffs that doesn't benefit you, neither to your mind, to your well being, nor to health instead takes a toll on life. Unproductive time is a big no when it doesn't even help to cherish that moment very efficiently. Indulging ourselves in a productive cause helps not only to utilise the time properly but incurred new learnings, skills etc. Try your best to learn during the day being productive as working on your hobbies, writing, art, pottery, learning a new language etc.

3. Spend some time experiencing nature:- All of us are aware that nature is beautiful and it has something to say, something serene, sublime and exotic. Spending some time in tranquil with nature having nothing other than mesmerising creation of almighty. Sooth all your body and mind.

4. Work on hobbies:- Hobbies are sometimes the best time when we are happy and love doing them. Working on hobbies not only helps in utilizing your time in best way but helps to work on hobbies and improving them as well.

5. Healthy eating is only the way:- Happiness doesn’t rely on thoughts, acts etc rather it equal and importantly depends on health, your body. Healthy habits with healthy diet improves mood, well being and keeps fit. Practicing healthy eating benefits rather than the otherwise. Eat healthy it’s a secure investment.

6. Get through those small goals:- Goals are getable bigger and even better ones. But small goals make it easier to plan and execute comparably to bigger goals. Make a means to achieve big goals by achieving small goals leading to your bigger ones. Remember to achieve small goals but never make goals smaller.

7. Befriend with books:- A book is more than a friend, teaches you, being with you and importantly doesn’t cheat so to say. As Garrison Keillor said “A book is a gift you can open again and again”. A book is what you can gift to yourself, a loyal friend it can be and by far helps in many aspects of life. Believe in a good book, that takes you to a jaunty ride with learnings and fun. Read good books as much you can, it never going to disappoint you.

8. Learn anything new:- How about adding new skills, languages to your kitty when the whole world is a step ahead every time. Learning new is the best way to be ahead of others irrespective of your goals. Learn a new language of your choice, new hacks that helps in your day to day activities. Learn unmatched skills that amaze yourself and boosts your confidence.

9. Smile true:- How many times you had faked your smile for the sake of many reasons. But how about smiling true as smile is the only way to blossom yourself. Smile true whatever may be in life and smile brings happiness.

10. Sleep:- Important when you end your day stressed and exhausted. It helps to replenish or recharge after whole days work. Quality sleep takes a quite of burden from your mind and essentially relaxes you.
