The year has began and it's the fourth day , The days are slipping thick and fast . All of us had welcomed in a positive note. The past 2k16 had left us with memories , dreams and aspirations .Few moments that one had cherished , some night mares one had to surpass and move on . We need to look into all the aspects of the concluded year . There are number of reasons why we need to access and progress in life . We need to evaluate the past year on the aspects for personal inventory .We need to look for the following
# 1 Do we feel more positive ?
# 2 Have we learned from our mistakes ?
# 3 Have we are aware of our strengths and weakness ?
# 4 Have we discovered ourselves and what we want ?
# 5 Have we conquered our comfort zones and dared to reach our ambitions ?
If we have lived the best , spent the best time with ourselves it's a great start for this new year . This new year always gives a chance for the mistakes to be mended and bought into account with new resolution ..
"It always helps when we make a to do list , a journal and diary writing to guide us to further improvements in life " Many would believe they had a fruitful and lively year . There are also too many of us who would regret for the lost opportunity in the year 2k16 . However we all need to welcome the new year 2k17 with great enthusiasm and with much more hopes . We need to believe and promise that this year , the mistakes won't iterate again , the regret won't be in our mind . Many of us generally do not talk with ourselves and do not will to change the old ill habits and routines in our daily life. # 1 Get up and never give up -
The day is always short when we spend lots of our hours sleeping . We all have some way or other realised it but many of us escape from the routine of getting up early in the morning . Be the master of your day by geting up with sun and remember nothing better than an early start. Let us commit to get up early and do what we love to do like writing letter to a freind , singing , writing , listening music . Importantly do meditation early in morning to calm ourselves .
# 2 Eat healthy and get in shape -
Two things in general makes us ill one thinking and other what we put on our body I.e diet . Our health is the mirror of our diet that we put in . The body is completely natural phenemenon which must be looked by only natural commodities . Let us make a habit of drinking ample amount of water , eat fruits and get rid of hazardous chemicals .
# 3 Mind full living -
There are days when we wake up and get in the grove to reach the destination not having the knowledge of the journey . In other cases we are in a journey not knowing where our destination is . Instead look to be involved in the journey as well as the destination . Mind full living makes us to get out of the comfort auto pilot mode .
# 4 Keep a journal -
Keeping a journal makes life much disciplined way . Journal is writing all of ones day to day experiences and lesson learnt in each passing day . This initiative will help one to focus on the things that truly matters .
# 5 Practice gratitude -
Gratitude changes everything . Feeling of gratitude bring positivity . In the busy lifestyle and life we tend to forget a simple thing that is to be grateful to what we have , what we do etc . The benefits of practicing of gratitude helps emotionally , personally and socially . Thank what u got in life , and remember the thing we are taking as granted others are fighting for . Even make a habit of writing thank you .
On my last note remember the bitter sweet days of the passed year , bitter days taught you lesson and sweet days bought memories . We must make a new year resolution that we believe we can fulfill and make sure we will not regret .…
