Time has changed unexpectedly, and we are bound to be a part of the change. Remember, days last year you might have been in school learning new concepts regarding your subject of interest or even bore with the teachings that are stuffed into your head. But undoubtedly that were days you want to relish again. Waking up lazily for school, being hesitant for breakfast, and soon you reach the school bus the laziness just vanishes. When you meet your friends, classmates, seniors and juniors every bit of laziness vanishes. That's the lovely miracle school brings, that's the connection it brings.
Everything changed in a matter of months due to this Pandemic COVID19; now you are locked in a boundary safely. You are irritated; yet safe, your school is online-based, learning through so many online portals and the tiring teachers are working hard to make you understand.
Sadly, even conducting exams. But you need not worry about the anxiety you are facing now, just have patience and it will soon over.
Look as an opportunity to work on yourself, invent new things, discover new hobbies and stay together with your family.
It is evident to some extent so many things can make you feel tensed but Hey! this shall pass on.
Here are a few things you can try during tough times:-
* Practice healthy lifestyle- There is no need for gyms or any sort of equipment. You can start with just a walk daily and eat healthy foods.
* Read books- You become, what you absorb. Read good books online or physical books.
* Learn new things - Leaning new things are priceless. It values you more. Learn gardening, learn to program ( way before you are taught), learn to blog, learn money management, learn cooking, learn journaling etc. Remember to be unique.
* Help parents in the home- All past days you are being helped by your parents for your breakfast, lunch, brushing your hair and so on. How hard they work. It's your opportunity to help them a hand.
* Ditch bad habits- Bad habits make you look ugly. Ditch those bad habits and be a new person.
* Cut screen time- It's hard, I admit. But, you are killing your creativity, productivity. Control your phone use or else the phone will control you forever.
Finally, in this unpredictable, unprecedented time we need to fight together and pray for everyone's safety.
Ps- You can learn it slowly, do not compare with others. Keep moving. All the best for exams.
Thank you!!!
